Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management implementations and optimize business operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementations for Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud and Talent Management modules to meet business requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on system integrations.
• Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and support cutover activities to stabilize solutions.
• Manage post-implementation support, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a functional project role.
• Minimum of one full end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation lifecycle.
• Deep expertise in Talent Management and Recruitment modules.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Experience configuring systems and testing solutions with end-users.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle HCM certification.
