You will enhance organizational effectiveness by analyzing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within talent practices.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze DEI data to identify areas for improvement and guide strategic initiatives.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau to track progress against DEI goals.
• Conduct analysis to integrate DEI metrics across the organization and identify practice improvements.
• Develop and implement plans to address DEI challenges within talent practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of DEI strategies and develop educational materials for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HR analytics or a similar field, specifically focused on DEI analytics.
• Deep expertise in DEI principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, specifically Tableau and Excel.
• Strong project management and strategic planning abilities.
• Proven ability in strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in HR, business, statistics, or a related field.
