Description

You will provide technical support to clients both in person and remotely to resolve software issues.

Responsibilities

• Own customer issues from initial contact through to full resolution.
• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues to identify effective solutions.
• Follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved technical problems to appropriate internal teams.
• Provide direct assistance to clients to ensure all reported problems are addressed.

Required Skills

• 3 years of professional experience in technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience working with Tally.
• Practical knowledge of Ledger management.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot system-level issues.
• Any Graduate degree.
