Description

You will develop, test, and maintain software applications within a Tandem environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop program logic for new applications and modify existing logic.
• Code, test, debug, and document software to meet functional and performance requirements.
• Conduct unit, integration, and system testing while participating in scrum meetings.
• Perform code reviews for yourself and peers to maintain quality and coding standards.
• Implement security features to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in TACL and Tandem technologies.
• Proficiency in COBOL and SQL.
• Experience with TAL.
• Knowledge of C/C++.
• Experience working in Unix and Windows environments.
• Ability to manage teams and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions with business analysts.
• Ability to prepare technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
