Description

You will develop, maintain, and debug core components within a Tandem environment, focusing on fault-tolerant applications in PATHWAY.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement fault-tolerant applications within PATHWAY and customize the payment switch.
• Configure the pathway environment and set up servers.
• Debug processes and analyze save abend files.
• Integrate systems using relevant technologies.

Required Skills

• 7-15 years of experience with Authorization switches and products like BASE24, Connex.
• Expertise in TAL and C programming.
• Proficiency with TACL commands and writing complex TACL macros/routines.
• Hands-on experience with Netbatch, Spoolcom, Enform, FUP, SQLCI, SCUP, DDL, and INSPECT.
• Strong understanding of Guardian Procedure calls.
• Well-versed in ISO 8583.
• Knowledge of table partitioning, table/views indexing, and its implications.
• Experience with test simulators such as Finsim and/or Visa/MC test simulators.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with customization of payment switch.
