Description

You will develop and maintain fault-tolerant applications on the Tandem platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Tandem PATHWAY.
• Configure and manage PATHWAY environments and servers.
• Implement and maintain authorization switches such as BASE24 and Connex.
• Debug processes and analyze save abend files.

Required Skills

• 7-15 years of experience with Tandem architecture and features.
• Proficiency in programming using TAL and C languages.
• Expertise with Tandem utilities: Netbatch, Spoolcom, Enform, FUP, SQLCI, SCUP, DDL, INSPECT.
• Experience with TACL commands and creating complex macros/routines.
• Strong understanding of ISO 8583 standards.
• Hands-on experience with Guardian Procedure calls.
• Knowledge of table partitioning and table/views indexing impacts.
• Familiarity with test simulators like Finsim and Visa/MC simulators.
