Description

Resolve technical issues for Tandem systems and ATMs while monitoring production environments and supporting system enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues related to Tandem systems and ATMs.
• Document and develop supporting materials for ATM configurations and related hardware/software systems.
• Develop scripting alerts and monitor production systems using tools like Splunk, Moogsoft, or Extrahop.
• Utilize technical expertise to support new configuration requirements and system enhancements for ATMs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering.
• Knowledge of Tandem systems, including Line Handlers, DeviceHandlers, and configuration management.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or Extrahop.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Automated Teller Machines (ATM) systems and hardware.
