Description

You will act as a technical SME for enterprise-wide systems, overseeing product implementations and automation workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot monitoring tools including SolarWinds, System Center Operations Manager, Sightline, and Squared Up.
• Create, document, and maintain on-prem and cloud automation using PowerShell or compatible languages.
• Develop and manage SOAP, REST, JSON, and API calls for system integration.
• Build Azure Monitor resources and Log Analytics queries to interpret and report data for business dashboards.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to transition workflows from person-dependent to role-driven processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical systems roles.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with SOAP, REST, JSON, and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Log Analytics and Azure Monitor.
• Technical expertise in SolarWinds.
• Experience managing MS Windows Server and Linux Server environments.
• Ability to use ServiceNow for change management.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation and SOPs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with System Center Operations Manager and Squared Up.
