Lead taskforce initiatives to stabilize plant operations and optimize daily production performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize tasks to stabilize plant situations and improve operational stability.
• Align multiple departments on the prioritization of daily targets and objectives.
• Drive individual daily performance by narrowing focus to high-impact tasks.
• Facilitate frequent communication across all departments to increase transparency.
• Create reports to measure the progress and improvement of optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

• Over 20 years of experience managing organizations or large-scale projects.
• More than 10 years of experience in the automotive or discrete manufacturing industry.
• Deep understanding of daily business operations within an automotive production plant.
• Proven experience leading task force projects.
• Strong ability to push decisions through all levels of an organization.
• Expertise in cross-departmental alignment and stakeholder management.
• Ability to design and implement progress measurement reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to make critical decisions or escalate them through all organizational levels to ensure progress.
