Manage tax preparation and client advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual tax returns for clients in a public accounting setting.
• Supervise an entry-level team of tax preparers.
• Review past returns and collect data to prepare current year tax returns.
• Advise clients on future tax planning and communicate upcoming tax requirements.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience preparing individual tax returns in a public accounting firm.
• Proficiency in Tax Preparation and understanding of Tax laws.
• Experience with analyzing and drafting Financial Statements.
• Knowledge of general Tax and Finance principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Brentwood, TN.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
