Description

Manage tax preparation and client advisory services for individual clients in a public accounting setting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual tax returns based on reviewed historical data and client information.
• Supervise and guide an entry-level team of tax preparers.
• Advise clients on future tax planning and communicate upcoming regulatory requirements.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tax projects under tight deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience preparing individual tax returns in a public accounting firm.
• Proficiency in tax preparation and deep understanding of tax laws.
• Experience analyzing and drafting financial statements.
• Knowledge of general tax and finance principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• CPA certification or eligibility to sit for CPA exam.
