Description

You will manage tax compliance and consulting for high net worth individuals, real estate businesses, and corporate entities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance and consulting for high net worth individuals, focusing on personal, estate, and gift/trust tax issues.
• Oversee multi-state business entity taxation, including reviewing partnership agreements and applying allocation concepts.
• Address U.S. tax aspects for companies operating abroad.
• Execute tax consulting and compliance workflows for business entities under FASB ASC 740 standards.

Required Skills

• CPA license (non-negotiable).
• 4 to 6 years of relevant tax experience at a public accounting firm (Big 4, national, regional, or large local firm).
• Experience with personal, estate, and gift/trust tax issues for high net worth individuals.
• Experience with multi-state business entities and partnership agreement reviews.
• Proficiency with FASB ASC 740.
• Experience addressing U.S. tax aspects for companies doing business abroad.
• Tax management expertise.
