Description

Lead system design and project coordination for next-generation collision avoidance, transponder, and surveillance avionics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design efforts across software and hardware for transponder and surveillance avionics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional systems, software, hardware, and test engineering teams to define and meet customer requirements.
• Manage project oversight and coordination to ensure successful product development.
• Interact directly with customers to understand needs and provide technical solutions.
• Monitor industry trends in TCAS, collision avoidance, CN&S, and avionics technologies.

Required Skills

• 7-10+ years of Systems Engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge of Traffic and Surveillance Avionics systems.
• Experience with system design for Transponder and surveillance avionics hardware and software.
• Proven ability in project oversight and technical coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• Systems Engineering.
