Responsibilities

• Execute painting, resin work, and drywall structure repairs.

• Manage workstation setups and general office repairs.

Required Skills

• 1 to 2 years of experience in maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with painting, resins, and drywall structures.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven reliability in meeting commitments.
