You will manage test data management strategies and provisioning across non-production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement test data models to enable self-service data finding and reservation.
  • Develop data masking algorithms using hashing and other obfuscation methodologies.
  • Provide required test data for Performance, UAT, QA, and application development environments.
  • Analyze test data requirements to deliver cost and time-efficient solutions for system integration and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with Test Managers, DBAs, and Security teams to review provisioning plans and requirements.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Test Data Management.
  • Proficiency with IBM Optim.
  • Hands-on experience with TDm tools such as CA TDM, Delphix, or GenRocket.
  • Experience managing data across Mainframe VSAM, DB2, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Azure Data Lake.
  • Expertise in data masking, profiling, governance, sub-setting, and provisioning.
  • Ability to create synthetic data generation initiatives and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of application, database, and middleware layers from an architectural perspective.
  • Experience supporting UAT and other non-production environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of automating TDM practices to improve maturity.
