You will design and implement comprehensive Test Data Management strategies across various testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives in Data Masking and Data Governance to maintain data security and compliance.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient test data management and manipulation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate TDM tools to enhance existing data management processes.

Required Skills

• 9-13 years of experience in Test Data Management focusing on Data Masking and Data Governance.
• Strong proficiency in SQL query development and data manipulation.
• Proven track record designing and implementing data management solutions.
• Experience with Data Analysis and Data Integration.
• Familiarity with ETL Processes and Data Security practices.
• Understanding of Cloud Platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Gen Rocket, IBM Optim, and Delphix.
• Strong understanding of TDM methodologies and best practices.
