Architect and implement Test Data Management strategies, focusing on data masking, governance, and security across testing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive Test Data Management strategies for diverse testing environments.
• Lead initiatives in Data Masking and Data Governance to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to manage and manipulate test data efficiently.
• Evaluate and integrate TDM tools such as Gen Rocket, IBM Optim, and Delphix to enhance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Required Skills

• 9-13 years of experience in Test Data Management with a focus on Data Masking and Data Governance.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and query optimization.
• Experience with Data Analysis, Data Integration, and ETL Processes.
• Knowledge of Data Security principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Gen Rocket, IBM Optim, and Delphix.
• Strong understanding of TDM methodologies and industry best practices.
