Description

You will design and implement Test Data Management strategies to support diverse testing environments, leading data masking, governance, and tool integration initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive TDM strategies for various testing environments.
• Lead data masking and governance initiatives to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to manage and manipulate test data efficiently.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate TDM tools like Gen Rocket, IBM Optim, and Delphix.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Required Skills

• 9-13+ years of experience in Test Data Management.
• Strong expertise in Data Masking and Data Governance methodologies.
• Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and optimization.
• Experience with Data Analysis, Data Integration, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of Data Security principles and Cloud Platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Gen Rocket, IBM Optim, or Delphix.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale data management solutions.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of data professionals.
