Description

You will design, develop, and administer Test Data Management solutions across mainframe and non-mainframe platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design TDM solutions for data privatization, sub-setting, provisioning, conditioning, and profiling.
• Set up and administer Delphix engines for continuous data and compliance, including Control Tower configuration.
• Manage engine upgrades, OS/DB vulnerability remediation, and end-of-life hardware/software transitions.
• Integrate TDM practices into application DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop custom algorithms, classifiers, and profiler sets using JDBC drivers for masking engines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Test Data Management processes.
• Expert-level SQL skills with relational databases: SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Delphix, including engine setup in AWS and Azure and using Delphix API calls.
• Proficiency with TDM tools such as IBM Optim, Informatica TDM, GenRocket, or CA TDM.
• Scripting proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, VBScript, or Python.
• Experience managing structured and unstructured data formats and masking files.
• Ability to work across Linux, Windows, and AIX infrastructures.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LDAP, SSL certificates, password vaults, and access control configuration.
• Ability to execute capacity planning and create infrastructure architectural diagrams.
