TDM Engineer

You will manage and implement test data management capabilities across the testing lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct TDM assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and strategy.
• Integrate data provisioning solutions with automation, CI/CD, and data pipelines.
• Operationalize data pipelines, including request intake, processing, reserving, delivery, and restoration.
• Produce intelligent synthetic or manufactured data sets for lower-level environments.
• Implement data masking and obfuscation techniques to desensitize confidential information.

Required Skills

• 8-15 years of experience in Test Data Management.
• Hands-on expertise with CA TDM Broadcom, Delphix, and Data Modelling.
• Proficiency with TDM tools such as Informatica TDM, Javalin, or GenRocket.
• Strong understanding of Data Dimensions, Data Quality, ETL/ELT, and Big Data.
• Experience managing structured data sources including Oracle, MySQL, Teradata, MongoDB, and DB2.
• Experience working with cloud storage and unstructured data sources like app server logs.
• Practical experience with scripting, data mining, and data profiling.
