Description

Design and manage the technical architecture for Tealeaf data processing and replay systems, translating business requirements into technical designs and overseeing system integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage the Tealeaf data processing pipeline, including extraction jobs and replay sessions.
• Administer and update configurations for PCA, Canisters, Portal, and Replay Servers.
• Modify Tealeaf Analytics settings, including events, dimensions, privacy rules, and replay rules.
• Oversee Tealeaf product architecture and manage modernization projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture or related roles.
• Deep understanding of Tealeaf product architecture and administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud solutions.
• Proficiency with JSON and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of website and web server architecture.
• Understanding of Web 2.0 technologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing and delivering modernization projects.
