Description

Lead Agile development teams while overseeing technical delivery, application architecture, and mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Agile teams, managing task assignments and workflow.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure technical requirements and quality standards are met.
• Develop work plans, schedules, and accurate estimates for design and programming efforts.
• Identify, track, and resolve technical risks and issues affecting the application team.
• Lead complex technical discussions and present constructs to business and non-technical users.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with 6+ years leading Agile teams.
• 5+ years of application architecture experience using Microsoft technologies and Multi-Tier/Multi-Layer architecture.
• Expertise in ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and ASP.NET Web Forms.
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture using WCF and Web API.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and responsive web design using grid systems.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services (Web Apps, Web Jobs, App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL).
• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database programming and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of OO concepts, design patterns, and security concepts for applications and services.
• Experience with data mapping, scrubbing, and migration from legacy systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AngularJS or other JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of TFS build and deployment processes.
