Description

You will manage a shift, drive process improvements, and ensure business continuity through data-backed decisions. You own the end-to-end resolution of operational variances and communicate directly with external carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations and identify opportunities to improve team performance.
• Own change management initiatives associated with process improvements.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics to drive business results.
• Analyze data trends to make informed decisions for business continuity.
• Resolve escalated problems and follow through on resolutions with relevant owners.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Operations Management and Team Management.
• Proficiency in Performance Management and Change Management.
• Strong Data Analysis capabilities with SQL and Excel.
• Experience managing shifts and driving process improvements.
• Proven track record in Logistics or supply chain operations.
• Effective communication skills for engaging external customers and vendors.
• Ability to pull and analyze data from multiple databases.
