Experience with Access and other data management systems for ad hoc reporting and analysis. Understanding of logistics space and supply chain operations. Experience working with carriers, vendors, suppliers, finance teams, and fulfillment centers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing a shift and constantly identifying opportunities to improve team performance while owning associated change management initiatives.
• Developing and referring to performance metrics to drive team performance and achieve business results effectively.
• Identifying the business impact of trends and making data-backed decisions to optimize operations.
• Communicating with external customers including carriers and vendors as well as internal customers from finance and fulfillment centers.
• Escalating problems or variances in information and data to relevant owners and following through on resolutions.
• Facilitating flow of information across multiple stakeholders to resolve potential issues that impact customer experience and business continuity.
• Pulling data from numerous databases and performing ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed for business insights.

Experience Required: Experience in operations management, team leadership, and logistics operations with strong analytical and communication skills
