Description

Lead a technical team through the full SDLC to deliver Salesforce and CRM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage team members and track project delivery to ensure timely execution.
• Gather requirements, perform analysis and estimation, and create technical documentation including system design and state diagrams.
• Coordinate with Salesforce admin teams for code deployment and support business users during UAT.
• Analyze and resolve production issues during warranty periods and contribute to new project discussions.
• Drive technical initiatives within an Agile environment while managing multiple tasks independently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce.com or Force.com development experience.
• Proven experience leading and managing a technical team.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Classes, and Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration including Workflows, Approval processes, Custom objects, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning implementation.
• Proficiency in Salesforce API integration and Data loaders.
• Deep understanding of CRM and PRM business processes.
• Experience working within an Onsite-Offshore model using Agile methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with stored procedures and web services.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Angular, and Javascript.
