Manage a shift and drive operational improvements through data analysis and stakeholder communication.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations and identify opportunities to improve team performance.
• Own change management initiatives and drive business results using performance metrics.
• Analyze business trends and make data-backed decisions to optimize logistics operations.
• Communicate with external carriers, vendors, and internal finance and fulfillment teams.
• Pull data from databases for ad hoc reporting and escalate variances to relevant owners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operations management and team leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Data Analysis using Excel and SQL.
• Experience in Logistics and supply chain operations.
• Proven track record in Stakeholder Communication across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to define and track Performance Metrics to drive results.
• Experience implementing Change Management initiatives.
