Description

You will lead a staffing team and manage client accounts during the night shift.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from initial sourcing through final placement.
• Lead and mentor a team of staffing professionals to ensure performance targets are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to understand and fulfill staffing requirements.
• Maintain client relationships and implement strategies to drive business growth.
• Oversee compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• Expertise in account management and client relationship building.
• Full-cycle recruitment process management.
• Ability to work the night shift.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
