Description

Lead a development team building full-stack JavaScript applications using the MERN stack.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage development teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Oversee end-to-end development of applications using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Drive development workflows and ensure timely delivery within an Agile framework.
• Communicate technical requirements and progress through clear written and verbal reporting.
• Build and consume robust REST APIs for scalable application architecture.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Full Stack development.
• 3 to 4 years of recent hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript.
• 3 to 4 years of recent experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Proven experience leading teams, including Team Lead or Team Management roles.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React Table, React Query, or Axios.
• Cloud computing experience.
