Lead functional solutioning and support for Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solutioning and provide overall support for Oracle Cloud ERP projects.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Financial modules based on specific customer requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of technical and functional members.
• Communicate directly with business users regarding business processes.
• Debug and provide solutions for Fusion Payment Integrations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP (Fusion and EBS) within Finance modules.
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated Oracle Fusion experience.
• Proven track record with 2-3 Oracle Cloud ERP implementation or migration projects.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax setups.
• Proficiency with Financial Reporting Center, OTBI, BIP reports, and BPM.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion data migration tools, specifically FBDI and ADFdi.
• Technical knowledge of SLA Configuration and Fusion Accounting Hub.
• Strong troubleshooting skills within Fusion Finance environments.
• Team management skills for leading technical and functional staff.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Fusion Certification.
• PMI/PMP or Prince2 Project Management certification.
• CA, ICWA, or MBA in Finance.
