Description

You will manage IT server operations for the Hyderabad site, ensuring performance and accountability for problem identification and escalation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the L3 escalation point for end-user computing issues and coordinate with core teams to troubleshoot and install antivirus servers, DC, DNS, and DHCP.
• Administer storage devices, backup solutions, virtual environments, server hardware, and database clustering.
• Maintain documentation for ISO 27001/ISO 20000 standards and manage audit requirements.
• Oversee annual budgeting, monthly accruals, and vendor performance reviews.
• Resolve critical incidents within defined SLAs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and server platform management.
• Hands-on Windows server administration.
• Experience with Citrix and VMware environments.
• Proficiency in application support and troubleshooting within enterprise setups.
• Knowledge of Dell EMC NAS, SAN, Rubrik backup, RAID configurations, and SQL clustering.
• Understanding of messaging architecture, specifically MS Exchange.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and service delivery.
• Competency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience addressing Azure VDI issues.
• Exposure to IT procurement and budgeting processes.
