Description
You will lead IT support operations focusing on security infrastructure and incident resolution.
Responsibilities
- Support IT security infrastructure operations for customers.
- Coordinate with the German team to clarify and resolve incidents and problems.
- Implement security solutions based on specific customer requirements.
- Analyze and optimize existing security and identity management solutions.
- Utilize identity federation and social sign-in standards to meet security needs.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of practical experience in an IT environment.
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Proficiency in Java, .NET, or scripting languages.
- Experience with SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
- Administration of Windows Server and Unix/Linux environments.
- Knowledge of authentication methods including MFA, SAML, and OAuth.
- Understanding of PKI and certificate services.
- Experience with Azure and Federation technologies.
- German language proficiency (reading and writing).
- English language proficiency (reading and writing).
