Description

You will lead IT support operations, focusing on security infrastructure and incident resolution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT security infrastructure for customers.
• Coordinate with the German team to clarify and resolve incidents.
• Implement security solutions based on specific customer requirements.
• Analyze and optimize existing security and identity management solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of practical experience in an IT environment.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, or scripting languages.
• Experience with SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Administration of Windows Server and Unix/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of authentication methods including MFA, SAML, and OAuth.
• Understanding of PKI and certificate services.
• Experience with Azure and Federation technologies.
• English language proficiency (reading and writing).

Preferred Skills

• German language proficiency (reading and writing).
• Experience leading IT support teams.
