You will lead a small development team while maintaining hands-on contribution to full-stack Java applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5–6 developers, preferably offshore.
• Manage development timelines, code quality, and team performance across different geographies.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight for Java Full Stack development tasks.
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders to meet project goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional development experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams of 5–6 developers.
• Solid, hands-on experience with Java Full Stack Development.
• Expertise in AWS development and cloud services.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-geo teams.
