Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of MERN stack web applications while managing a team of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of developers, overseeing work allocation, project timelines, and on-time delivery.
• Design and implement web applications, contributing to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
• Maintain code quality through regular code reviews, refactoring, and technical mentorship.
• Oversee version control, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous deployment processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.

Required Skills

• Proven experience leading and managing teams of MERN stack developers.
• Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Practical experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing technical talent.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
