Description

Lead a development team to build and maintain applications within the Depository Participant and Stock Market domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to meet project goals and timelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.Net, C#, and MS SQL Server.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to align software with regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high quality.
• Solve technical and domain-specific challenges within financial processes and maintain documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role within the financial or stock market domain.
• Mandatory experience in Depository Participant (DP) or Stock Market domains.
• Proficiency in ASP.Net, C#, and MS SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor development teams.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for finance-related applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET Core.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
