Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing a shift and constantly identifying opportunities to improve team performance and owning associated change management.
• Developing and referring to performance metrics to drive team performance and business results effectively.
• Identifying the business impact of trends and making data backed decisions for operational excellence.
• Communicating with external customers including carriers and vendors as well as internal customers from finance and operations teams.
• Escalating problems or variances in information and data to relevant owners and following through on resolutions.
• Facilitating flow of information across multiple stakeholders to resolve potential issues that impact customer experience.
• Pulling data from numerous databases and performing ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed for business requirements
