You will lead a shift, manage performance metrics, and drive operational excellence through data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations and identify opportunities to improve team performance and execution.
• Develop and track performance metrics to drive business results and operational efficiency.
• Analyze data trends to make informed decisions for process improvement and business impact.
• Communicate with external customers (carriers, vendors) and internal stakeholders (finance, operations) to resolve issues.
• Facilitate information flow across multiple stakeholders to ensure customer experience standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operations management and team leadership.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong skills in Excel for reporting and data manipulation.
• Experience with performance metrics, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Proven ability in change management and stakeholder communication.
• Background in logistics or fulfillment center operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Access databases and ad hoc reporting capabilities.
• Vendor management experience and familiarity with business continuity processes.
