Description

You will oversee team operations for a domestic banking client focusing on mortgage and loan processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage team productivity, work allocation, and strict adherence to client SLAs and TAT.
• Conduct quality checks, including final and master audits, to ensure process accuracy.
• Extract data from customer systems to generate and circulate MIS reports to stakeholders.
• Train and educate team members on domain expertise and process updates.
• Monitor floor discipline, attendance, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven expertise in loan or credit processing within the banking domain.
• Experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) and data reporting.
• Strong people management and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage Service-Level Agreements (SLA) and benchmark analysis.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Planning and results orientation to drive team performance.
• Knowledge of IT Management and Information Technology processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in process improvement and incremental workflow changes.
