Team Lead .Net

You will lead the technical direction and delivery of backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategies and drive the delivery of team goals.
• Own the design, architecture, development, quality, and deployment of systems.
• Design and implement scalable backend solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design/UX, and DevOps teams.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the hiring process.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET / .NET Core.
• Experience with RabbitMQ and Kafka for event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of SQL Server (design, optimization, management).
• Experience with Cloud environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS.
