Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve technical challenges while providing guidance to junior team members.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and other teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Foster professional development through regular feedback and coaching.

Required Skills

• 9 years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Node.js.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and mentorship.
• Strong project management and task prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional team workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, TypeScript, and ReactJs.
