Description

Lead a development team in designing and maintaining scalable server-side logic and database architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers through code reviews, task assignment, and technical guidance.
• Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic and microservices to ensure high performance.
• Manage and optimize MongoDB and Postgres databases for efficient large-scale data processing.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and the CTO to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Implement security best practices for authentication, authorization, and data encryption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with NestJS and Microservices architecture.
• Experience managing databases using MongoDB, Postgres, and Prisma ORM.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and Web Sockets.
• Ability to execute automated testing and perform system troubleshooting.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Cloud and Terraform.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in React, React Native, or Flutter.
