Description

You will oversee day-to-day team operations to meet departmental objectives, service levels, and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and conduct 1:1 discussions to drive team performance and engagement.
• Monitor operational performance using KPIs, including TAT, quality, and productivity metrics.
• Develop and implement structured training plans for new hires and continuous skill enhancement.
• Manage escalations and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Align with Sales and Product teams to ensure business expectations and operational goals are met.

Required Skills

• 9-10 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in a Team Lead capacity.
• Strong experience in operational performance management and KPI-driven environments.
• Proven track record in team management, stakeholder coordination, and process improvements.
• Hands-on proficiency with MS Office tools, specifically Excel and Word.
• Ability to execute annual department goals and drive continuous improvement activities.
• Experience in maintaining strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Skills

• B.Tech, M.Tech (Dual), or B.Tech/M. Tech degree.
