Description

You will lead the development of critical healthcare applications and guide delivery teams through the full software development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and lead development of cost-effective application solutions.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and break down Agile Stories and Tasks.
• Oversee daily operations of multiple delivery teams and identify process automation opportunities.
• Manage code assets and oversee testing scopes for performance, security, and accessibility.
• Support production implementations and escalate delivery blockers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience using Node.JS and/or Java.
• 5+ years of experience deploying applications to cloud environments including Azure, IBM, or GCP.
• 2+ years of experience leading development teams through CI/CD and DevSecOps.
• Experience building conversational AI chatbots from scratch using AI, ML, and NLP technologies.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Octopus, GitHub, and Splunk.
• Experience with Integrations, APIs, Postman, and Swagger.
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology.
• Understanding of data security practices regarding HIPAA privacy and data protection.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IBM Watson and other chatbot development platforms.
• Understanding of PCI data governance requirements and technical practices.
• Familiarity with Angular, React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Python.
