Description

You will lead a technical team, providing oversight and support for core applications while managing operational processes and technical escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical support operations, including staff rotas, schedules, and vacation planning.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues by diving into code and troubleshooting API calls and UIs.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for incidents, managing stakeholder communications and directing team response.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure the team follows standard processes and performance monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement of systems to increase reliability and automate the resolution of repeat issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical environment with a proven record of team leadership in a support capacity.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Experience debugging API calls and working with UIs.
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior-level clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical troubleshooting with team management and process building.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AWS.
