Description

Lead a team of QA engineers to ensure software quality through strategic testing and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA engineers through task assignment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for manual and automated testing.
• Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests.
• Identify automation opportunities and develop scripts using industry-standard frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and requirement alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress.
• Proficiency in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• Technical skills in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB or similar QA certifications.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, and mobile application testing (iOS, Android).
