job responsibilities include:
Lead and mentor a cross‑functional agile development team—coordinating daily activities, removing roadblocks, conducting code reviews, and guiding developers through planning and execution.
Translate marketing strategies and business goals into technical requirements, serving as the subject matter expert for MarTech platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation solutions.
Design and develop scalable solutions within the MarTech ecosystem using C#, .NET, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks (Angular/React), contributing hands‑on to coding, debugging, and architecture.
Collaborate closely with product owners, marketing stakeholders, QA, and engineering teams to ensure high‑quality delivery, alignment on priorities, and adherence to enterprise standards.
Implement and champion secure development practices, performance optimization, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines while supporting integration across advertising, analytics, CRM, and campaign systems.
Create and maintain technical documentation, mentor team members, participate in hiring decisions, and support continuous improvement across processes, tooling, and technical design.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
5–10 years in software development, including 3+ years leading development teams and 2–5+ years building solutions in MarTech/AdTech ecosystems.
Proven expertise with C#, .NET/.NET Core, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks (Angular/React), plus hands‑on integration across CRM, marketing automation, analytics (e.g., GA4), and A/B testing platforms.
Demonstrated ability to translate marketing goals into technical roadmaps, drive Agile delivery (multi‑team collaboration), and enforce secure, high‑performance coding standards with strong documentation and communication skills
