Description

Lead a cross-functional agile development team while designing and building scalable MarTech solutions using C#, .NET, and TypeScript.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers through planning, execution, and code reviews while removing roadblocks.
• Translate marketing strategies and business goals into technical requirements for MarTech, CRM, and analytics platforms.
• Design and develop scalable architecture and features using C#, .NET Core, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks.
• Implement secure development practices, performance optimization, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create technical documentation and support hiring decisions and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in software development with 3+ years leading development teams.
• Expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with SPA frameworks: Angular or React.
• Experience building solutions in MarTech or AdTech ecosystems (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
• Proficiency in Agile delivery and multi-team collaboration.
• Ability to translate marketing goals into technical roadmaps and enforce coding standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GA4, A/B testing platforms, and advertising/campaign systems.
• Strong background in integrating CRM and analytics tools.
