Description

Lead an engineering team to deliver enterprise-scale web and mobile solutions in a cloud-native environment. Own technical design, code quality, and release pipelines while mentoring developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead developers through design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance via code reviews, design documents, and deployments.
• Drive engineering best practices including testing strategies and CI/CD automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and architectural vision.
• Own project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, TypeScript, and Angular.
• Proven experience leading software development teams for web and mobile apps.
• 6+ years designing and consuming REST APIs.
• 3+ years developing mobile applications using React Native.
• 5+ years with Microsoft SQL or other relational databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Experience implementing OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization flows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or App Center.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with US Healthcare domain.
