Description

Lead a team of technologists while maintaining a hands-on development focus, driving projects through the full lifecycle and mentoring members.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and technical guidance to the team.
• Drive projects through the full development lifecycle in collaboration with vendors.
• Review codebases to recommend and implement improvements.
• Solve technical problems using design patterns and optimization techniques.
• Analyze logs to identify and resolve root causes of system issues.

Required Skills

• Over 6 years of experience as a hands-on technologist (70% development, 30% management).
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong expertise in Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with JUnit for testing.
• Proven background in backend REST API development.
• Solid understanding of frontend web UI and browser developer tools.
• Experience using Sonar for code quality and optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS ECS, Docker, and Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Groovy.
