Lead a team of Client Success Managers to drive adoption and retention for SaaS and AI products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of account management activities and nurture customer relationships.
• Develop strategic plans to expand value within existing customer accounts.
• Lead and motivate a team of Client Success Managers to meet client goals.
• Monitor, collect, and escalate issues for internal and external resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in customer success within the B2B hi-tech industry (SaaS/AI).
• 2-3 years of successful management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on specific customer needs.
• Experience with SaaS models.
• Knowledge of OOP principles.
• Familiarity with C and XML.
• Understanding of Cloud Computing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
